Higher, into the Space

It is the story of Wanda Rutkiewicz, the Himalayas, the unusual relationship between the prominent mountaineer and her mother and also about the spiritual side of things that cannot be expressed with facts. Actors – voices of this story – form a quartet conducted by director. The étude was loosely inspired by Wojciech Tochman’s reportage called Siedem razy siedem (Seven times seven) published by the publishing house Wydawnictwo Literackie in the tome named Schodów się nie pali (The stairs should not be burned).
