ITSelF Festival"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The International Theatre Schools <strong>Festival ITSelF<\/strong> is a\u00a0theatre biennial, organized by\u00a0The Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw, Poland. The Festival is supported by\u00a0the Capital City of Warsaw and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Since its first edition, it is organized under The Honorary Patronage of The President of the Republic of Poland.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">The 9th edition of the ITSelF Festival<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">will be held from June 30th till July 6th, 2017.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main objective of ITSelF Festival is to\u00a0promote theatre culture and young talents of the stage, share experiences, bring cultures closer by\u00a0gathering artists together, as well as to\u00a0present Poland as a\u00a0country which supports culture and appreciates its influence on the development of the society.<\/p>\n<p>The prestige and the scope of the Festival increase with each and every edition. Our initiative is supported by\u00a0political and cultural celebrities. We\u00a0also cooperate with leading Warsaw theatres.<\/p>\n<p>In the previous editions we\u00a0had the honour to\u00a0host over 80 theatre schools from different continents, a\u00a0number of guests from all over the world, as well as thousands of spectators.<\/p>\n<p>The Festival programme includes not only final degree shows, which are performed by\u00a0various theatre schools invited and admitted to\u00a0our competition, but also numerous associated events, such as Off Festival shows, meetings with theatre and cinema celebrities, as well as theatre workshop dedicated to\u00a0both, professionals and amateurs.<\/p>\n<p>In order to\u00a0meet the expectations of our audience all the performances in the competition are provided with Polish subtitles.<\/p>\n<p>The strength of participants\u2019 youth, talent and enthusiasm make each edition of the Festival unique.
